Conflit éleveur et agriculteur : 10 morts dans la province du Mayo Kebbi Est.

BRÈVE | Décidément, l’on est pas prêt d’oublier les guéguerres fratricides entre les éleveurs et les agriculteurs. Le nombre des morts augmente chaque année et les mesures prises par le gouvernement pour pallier au problème sont purement rhétoriques. Il y a moins de 5 jours, un de nos articles était consacré à une actualité similaire. Cette fois, les faits se passent ce 23 novembre dans la province du Mayo Kebbi Est, dans le département de la Kabia. Le conflit entre les éleveurs et les agriculteurs a donné lieu à 10 morts, plusieurs blessés et des cases incendiées. Selon des sources locales, cet incident aurait survenu à cause de la mauvaise gestion du conflit par le préfet de la localité, qui, au lieu de régler les litiges ne fait qu’entériner les tensions.

Je suis tellement touché lorsque j’entends que la bagarre s’oppose  »l’agriculteur et éleveur » cela me laisse croire que la main tendue sans visible a pris le dessus ,sinon comment un tel acte peut se reproduire à plusieurs reprises et dans un même pays et même région, pourtant le Tchad est un pays d’où son économie repose sur l’agriculture et l’élevage.
    La question que je me pose est celle de savoir : à qui le propriétaire de ces bœufs ?
    C’est ça la source de tous ces conflits.
