BRÈVE – Le Tchad vient d’ouvrir pour la première fois son ambassade en République de l’Inde. S.E.M. Soungui Ahmed, est à cet effet le tout premier Ambassadeur, a présenté ce vendredi 20 novembre 2020, ses lettres de créance au Président Indien, S.E Ram Nath Kovind.

A cause de la pandémie de Covid-19, la cérémonie s’est déroulée par vidéo-conférence de la salle multimédia du Ministère Indien des Relations Extérieures.
