Larkos Sabine est née un 20 septembre 1985. Originaire de la province de la Tandjilé, au Tchad, très vite elle se familiarise avec l’hospitalité légendaire du pays et décide de se lancer dans l’hôtellerie une fois majeure. 
Après son baccalauréat, elle quitte le Tchad pour Kaduna, au Nigeria. Son objectif, c’est d’abord d’apprendre l’anglais pour mieux se positionner dans le monde professionnel par la suite. Mais il s’agit aussi d’une passion de longue date.
Une fois après avoir achevé son programme linguistique à Kaduna, elle rejoint Alpha Catering School, toujours au Nigeria, pour une formation en Gestion Hôtelière, puis une formation supplémentaire en Informatique.

Depuis dix ans, Larkos Sabine exerce en qualité de Hôtelière. Cette fonction lui ouvre la porte d’opportunités au-delà du Tchad et du Nigeria. Elle rejoint successivement les Émirats arabes unis, les îles Seychelles, et le Maroc dans le cadre de formation et fonction.

En effet, c’est au célèbre hôtel Kempinski, actuellement Plaza Ledger, qu’elle lance sa carrière. Elle rejoint cet hôtel situé en plein cœur de N’Djamena, d’abord en qualité de Stagiaire. Trop vite, elle se fait remarquer à travers ses compétences. Embauchée par la suite dans le même complexe, elle est affectée à la cuisine au service petit déjeuner. Un départ humble, qu’elle embrasse toutefois, car pour Larkos Sabine, toute expérience est sans nul doute utile et son désir, c’est de maîtriser autant d’aspects possible dudit domaine.

Après trois années d’expérience au service petit déjeuner, elle rejoint pour une année le service de sécurité interne au poste de Chef d’équipe, avant d’être transférée à la branche Kempinski Seychelles, précisément dans le district de Baie Lazare. Dans son pays d’accueil, elle passe les quatre prochaines années, avant de regagner son pays d’origine.

Actuellement, Larkos Sabine exerce à l’hôtel Radisson Blu, à N’Djamena, où elle est superviseur de la sécurité interne et chargée de la formation. Outre cette carrière, elle est promotrice culturelle et parle parfaitement le français, l’anglais, le créole, et l’arabe tchadien.

Parcours emblématique certes, mais pour Larkos Sabine, la réussite, c’est aussi orienter la jeunesse et non pas seulement se contenter de ses propres succès. « Je suis très heureuse de mon parcours professionnel. Mais au-delà de ma personne ; ma conviction actuelle, c’est de prodiguer continuellement des conseils pratiques à la jeunesse et de l’encourager à se mettre au travail.
