Tchad : le CMT assoit son autorité absolue

Le groupuscule militaro-clanique qui s’est érigé au sommet de l’État tchadien après la disparition brutale du président Idriss Deby Itno en avril dernier lors d’un assaut anti-rebelles, a annoncé vendredi 11 juin la mise sur pied imminente d’un parlement de transition dont les membres seront nommés par la junte elle-même sur la base de “candidatures” auprès de sa vice-présidence.

Cela n’est pas la première tentative fructueuse du Conseil militaire de transition (CMT), dirigé par les fils Deby et la formation politique, MPS, un ancien mouvement rebelle des années 90, fondé par le président défunt, d’asseoir effectivement son pouvoir tant contesté.

Pour rappel, le CMT est une junte militaire, illégale dans un pays de droit et de démocratie qui est le Tchad. Aussi opportuniste, du fait que sa récupération du pouvoir est anticonstitutionnelle et de facto une succession dynastie qui laisse entendre que le Tchad est un petit sultanat ethnique et non une république.

L’histoire retiendra que le 20 avril dernier, les Tchadiens ont été moralement violés par ce flagrant délit de coup d’État que d’aucuns « intellectuels » malgré leur âge avancé de “sagesse”, et hautes fonctions internationales dans des grandes structures de défense des droits humains basiques ont délibérément choisi de cautionner, au détriment des aspirations populaires d’un peuple souverain, pour ne serait ce que la justice, l’inclusion et une paix véritable entre tous les enfants du Tchad.

Après avoir dissous le gouvernement, puis l’Assemblée nationale acquise d’ailleurs à la cause du pouvoir précédent, le CMT se transforme doucement, mais certainement en un régime autoritaire. Puis, se suivra sa mutation post-transition en MPS 2.0.

Que l’on note donc bien que le CMT est fait pour rester au pouvoir. Cette junte qui a pris en otage la démocratie et l’ordre constitutionnel est le fruit du Mouvement patriotique du salut (MPS). Elle est sa suite “logique”. Sinon, de tous les militaires, généraux, fonctionnaires, personnes ressources et citoyens tchadiens lambdas, il n’y a pas qu’un “Deby” plus fort ou doté de bon sens.

Disons que le Tchad a cessé depuis longtemps d’être une république. Il est en effet un état défaillant.
