Quiconque s’intéresse au showbiz tchadien est sûrement tombé au moins une fois, sur les vidéos de Zoli Bébé Willy ou Zb Willy tout court. C’est un web humoriste, une véritable révélation dans le secteur de l’humour au Tchad, et sans doute, un prometteur porte-flambeau de la culture tchadienne. Dans notre rubrique L’INTERVIEW, Rimtéta Guirbaye Wilfred alias Zb Willy se livre à nous sans langue de bois. [Entretien]

N’DJAMENA 24 : Bonjour Zb Willy. Merci d’avoir accepté cet entretien et nous sommes très heureux de vous recevoir. Commençons par le commencement. Qui est Zb Willy à l’état civil, lorsqu’il ne porte pas sa casquette de web humoriste ?


Willy : c’est moi qui vous remercie. A l’état civil, je suis Rimtéta Guirbaye Wilfred, étudiant en M1 en Banque Monnaie et Finance Internationale à l’Institut des Relations Internationales du Cameroun.


N’DJAMENA 24 : Aujourd’hui, vous êtes l’un des web humoristes les plus en vogue au Tchad avec une communauté de plus de 18.100 personnes qui vous suivent de partout. Racontez-nous un peu votre histoire. Comment tout cela a commencé ?


Willy : poster des blagues sur Facebook a commencé vers 2014 avec mon compte Facebook, avec l’avenue de Tigo flex vers 2016, ça donnait tellement bien (rire), c’est avec le temps que j’ai créé une page mais difficile que ça marche. La persévérance et avec beaucoup d’amélioration chaque jour, tout va bon train pour le moment.


N’DJAMENA 24 : Vous vivez actuellement à Yaoundé au Cameroun. Trouvez-vous que votre emplacement géographique vous facilite les choses dans la consécration de vos activités humoristiques ?


Willy : oui, tellement. Le principal avantage est le forfait internet qui est trois (3) fois moins cher que celui du pays. Télécharger chaque jour des vidéos consomme énormément de méga, je profite donc au maximum du forfait internet camerounais. Et par la même occasion, j’implore l’Etat tchadien à faciliter l’accès à l’Internet aux jeunes. On a beaucoup à donner et à apprendre grâce à l’Internet.


N’DJAMENA 24 : Zb Willy, le web humour, ça paye ?


Willy : en général, ça paie énormément. Mais pour moi, pas encore. Mais ça commence déjà bien avec les petits soutiens que je reçois par ci par là. J’en profite pour remercier tous ceux-là. Sous d’autres cieux, les web humoristes signent assez facilement de contrat avec de grandes entreprises pour la pub. Chose que je guette depuis toujours (rire). C’est un moyen efficace de publicité, surtout vu cette visibilité que je me fais actuellement. Suis disponible à vendre cette petite visibilité, qui, pour moi n’est pas à négliger. Que les entreprises résidant au Tchad se servent de nous (web humoristes), tout en nous aidant.


N’DJAMENA 24 : Quelles sont vos relations personnelles, avec tous ces artistes, leaders d’opinion et personnalités politiques dont vous utilisez les images pour vos vidéos ?


Willy : pas de relations particulières mais avec beaucoup d’artistes, nous communiquons très souvent. Ils ne ratent pas l’occasion de me féliciter et m’encourage pour ce que je fais. Les personnalités politiques, jusque-là je n’ai eu aucune menace à cause de mes vidéos donc je suppose que je suis également en bon terme avec elles (rire).


N’DJAMENA 24 : Faisons un tour sur l’aspect technique de votre activité. De facto et c’est notoire, vos vidéos enchantent plus d’un et font rire des milliers de personnes. Qu’est-ce qui se fait en amont pour arriver à de tels résultats ? Il y a une équipe autour de vous ? Ecrivez-vous d’abord vos scenarios et textes ?


Willy : la première chose, c’est la recherche. Je cherche constamment l’information, et de préférence l’actualité (en vidéo), je télécharge et essaye d’analyser un à deux jours avant de faire le montage. Je n’ai pas une équipe en tant que telle mais je reçois énormément de conseils de la part de mes amis et grands frères. Il y a aussi Noubadiguim Kidalbaye Benjamin qui gère la page avec moi et m’oriente souvent dans la chasse aux infos.


N’DJAMENA 24 : C’est évident, votre statut de web humoriste vous contraint à être un fin observateur de la société tchadienne et de tout ce qui fait l’actualité ou le buzz. Nous allons nous intéresser à la culture et au sport. Comment trouvez-vous le milieu culturel (humour, musique et sport notamment) au Tchad ? C’est une question vaste, prenez votre temps…


Willy : le milieu culturel en général au Tchad est à encourager, surtout la musique. Aujourd’hui nous avons tellement de jeunes talentueux. Que ce soit en composition de chant, rap ou production des beats et vidéos clips. Des jeunes comme Ghis Beatz et ED Habid, qui sont devenus incontournables dans leur domaine au pays et qui peuvent affronter les meilleurs d’Afrique. Tout ça donne le sourire. Le milieu footballistique, je n’ai pas vraiment de commentaire. C’est un milieu très sensible au Tchad lol. L’humour, y a vraiment de l’espoir. Surtout le web humour. Suis accompagné par Ngamanga Enock, Sorcier officiel, Sisi, Pandora, Eben Chuckle, Eric Breezy The FreshBoy, Jupiter… tous des jeunes qui font tourner à merveille leur page. Bref, nous sommes débout, et il y a réellement de l’espoir.


N’DJAMENA 24 : Assurément, des projets, il y en a. Ce sont lesquels ? Que ce soit dans le cadre de vos activités humoristiques ou de façon générale…


Willy : déjà je cherche à monétiser ma page et commencer à encaisser (rire). J’entends collaborer très souvent avec les autres humoristes tchadiens, faire des vidéos en duo et ainsi élargir notre visibilité. Suis aussi en bon terme avec quelques blogueurs de l’Afrique centrale, des projets avec eux, je l’espère aussi.


N’DJAMENA 24 : Votre mot de fin.


Willy : suis très ému et ravi de la façon dont les tchadiens me soutiennent actuellement. Je vous dis merci et encore merci. Suis tout d’abord au service de la culture tchadienne, suis un promoteur si je me permets le terme. Et je peux mieux promouvoir que si j’ai un public derrière moi. Continuez à me soutenir, ensemble, nous sortirons du lot. Mes salutations à la Goudou team et les adeptes de Moïse.

Willy : je crois très facilement que tout le monde est gentil et que tout le monde pense comme moi. Ça me donne souvent des regrets.

Willy : le blanc.

Willy : le haricot, boule farine riz avec gombo viande.


NDJ24 : Votre péché mignon ?


Willy : j’aime trop aider même si on me double.


NDJ24 : Nous savons que vous êtes un excellent guitariste en plus d’être un talentueux humoriste. Musique ou humour ?


Willy : j’adore la guitare, j’adore faire rire. Suis confus. Rire. Mais ce qui m’emmène ici aujourd’hui c’est l’humour donc l’humour.


NDJ24 : Sara D. Bell ou Crazy Missy ?


Willy : wow !!! vous voulez me séparer d’une de mes prophètes sûres ou bien. Rire. Crazy Missy c’est ma rappeuse de cœur, pas du Tchad seulement, de toute l’Afrique. Sara D. Bell, c’est ma révélation de l’année, en buzz. Je choisis les deux. Rire.


NDJ24 : Waiti ou Obie G ?


Willy : j’aime les punch et le flow d’Obie G. Waiti j’adore la façon dont il se sent à l’aise sur les beats. C’est l’un des artistes qui me soutiennent énormément. Les deux dans mon équipe. Rire.


NDJ24 : Cidson ou Baton Magic ?


Willy : Cidson. Même avec Werrason, je le prends lui. Très fort le Danzaoun.


NDJ24 : Kartsym ou Alhadji Tawa ?


Willy : Alhadji Tawa.


NDJ24 : Timide ou extraverti ?


Willy : timide en réalité au début, puis extraverti quand les relations deviennent bonnes.


NDJ24 : En sentiment, bad boy ou gentleman ?


Willy : je respire. C’est tout. Rire.

But you can do a hell of a lot better than Flipflops, Swimshorts, a vest & a half helmet. If the rental shop has a full helmet, pick that one! Half helmets offer no protection for you if you face-plant the tarmac. Goodbye teeth. You can pick up a full helmet online.
