Miss Tchad : un concours “national” qui peine à se valoriser véritablement

Originellement annoncé avec retard, en moins d’une semaine de la date du 29 février 2020, à laquelle il devrait se tenir, le concours annuel, Miss Tchad, édition 2020, n’a pas finalement eu lieu au mois de février. La décision soudaine du Comité national Miss Tchad (Conamit), a donc davantage renforcé le sentiment selon lequel la compétition Miss Tchad ne représente en réalité qu’un concours plaisantin, dont les organisateurs peinent toujours à convaincre les Tchadiens de son utilité sur quasiment tous les plans. La qualité, l’encadrement des candidates, la prestation… Bref, l’événement tout entier laisse à désirer, selon le public tchadien, qui ne cache pas sa déception sur les réseaux sociaux

Création d’une nouvelle plateforme 

Certains spectateurs, d’ores et déjà frustrés par la médiocrité professionnelle de cet événement, ont même évoqué l’idée d’y mettre fin afin d’innover une nouvelle plateforme digne de la promotion de la gent féminine et des diversités culturelles du Tchad. Cette nouvelle plateforme, disent-ils, servira aussi de moyen de brassage entre le Tchad et le monde extérieur à travers le tourisme, les prestations en direct, et la promotion efficace des candidates tchadiennes aux concours internationaux de même envergure. 

Retards répétitifs et calendriers incohérents 

Le concours qui s’organise traditionnellement au cours du mois de décembre a été plusieurs fois repoussé au mois de janvier, puis février, et se tient cette année en fin du premier trimestre, soit le 6 mars. Une raison de plus pour le public tchadien de se désintéresser de ladite compétition qui peine aussi à concurrencer des événements semblables sur la scène sous-régionale, pour les raisons ci-haut citées et son calendrier incohérent.
