Tchad : Chérif Mahamat Zène, décidé à optimiser la com’ sur l’action gouvernementale

Le Chef du département de la communication et porte parole du gouvernement, l’ambassadeur Chérif Mahamat Zène a rencontré ce vendredi 20 novembre au palais du 15 janvier les attachés de presse de chaque ministère. À l’ordre du jour, « la redynamisation de la mission des Attachés de presse au sein de différents départements ministériels ».

Cette rencontre entre le ministre de la communication et les attachés de presse des différents départements ministériels était un véritable cadre d’échanges pour discuter sur les tenants et aboutissants de la communication gouvernementale. Pour le porte-parole du gouvernement, les travaux effectués par les attachés de presse sont satisfaisants et louables. Toutefois, il appelle ces derniers à « plus de coordination, de cohérence et de synergie pour donner un éclat palpable à l’ensemble de l’action du gouvernement ». « le Ministère est en droit de s’attendre de vous tous un travail de qualité à la hauteur de sa mission pour mettre en valeur les actions du gouvernement. Par conséquent, au-delà de la couverture médiatique des activités quotidiennes de vos Ministres respectifs, vous devez élargir votre perception du champ des actions du gouvernement dont la visibilité doit être assurée ».

Le ministre, dans son allocution de poursuivre que « vers mi-décembre 2020, une rencontre de réflexion, à laquelle vous et plusieurs autres professionnels de la communication serez conviés, va se pencher sur l’élaboration d’un plan d’action annuel de communication. Par ailleurs, nous envisageons également de mettre bientôt en place un plan d’harmonisation de communication gouvernementale à travers un mécanisme d’interaction entre les différents acteurs y impliqués. Vous êtes d’ores et déjà invités à y apporter vos précieuses contributions le moment venu » a laissé entendre l’Ambassadeur Chérif Mahamat Zène, décidé à redynamiser la communication sur l’action gouvernementale.
