Tchad : l’Ordre national des ingénieurs civils tient sa première Assemblée générale élective

L’Ordre national des ingénieurs civils du Tchad (ONIC-T) tient la 1ère Assemblée générale ordinaire élective de son bureau exécutif, ce samedi 05 décembre 2020 à lhôtel Radisson Blu de N’Djaména.

Au cours des travaux de cette première Assemblée générale ordinaire de l’ONIC-T, la priorité est accordée à l’examen, l’amendement et l’adoption des textes de basse régissant la profession. Dans son discours d’ouverture des travaux, la ministre en charge de l’Aménagement, Amina Ehemir Torna, a indiqué que depuis plus de deux décennies, le Tchad a connu une urbanisation brutale et rapide, soutenue par la croissance endogène et l’exode rural. L’ampleur de ce phénomène, a-t-elle souligné, résulte en grande partie de l’insuffisance d’outils stratégiques opérationnels et règlementaires pour fédérer et mettre en synergie voire guider l’intervention de tous les acteurs concernés et des travaux publics.

Pour la ministre Amina Ehemir Torna, dans toutes les villes du pays, plus de 85 % de constructions existantes sont réalisées dans l’informel et parfois sur de terres nécessitant absolument l’avis d’un ingénieur. Elle conclut que cet Ordre national sera le seul ordre pouvant permettre aux ingénieurs tchadiens de s’accréditer pour des expertises dans d’autres pays.
