Tchad : Pourquoi le ministère des sports a suspendu l’Assemblée Générale de la FTFA ?

Initialement prévue pour le 12 décembre 2020, L’Assemblée Générale de la Fédération Tchadienne de Football Association (FTFA) a été, à la surprise de plus d’un suspendue par le ministère des sports. L’annonce faisant office de la suspension de l’Assemblée Générale s’est faite à travers un point de presse animé par la Directrice des sports, ce 27 novembre 2020. Quelles sont les raisons qui ont poussé le ministère à prendre une telle décision ? Éléments de réponse.

Face aux journalistes, la directrice des sports s’explique. Selon elle, « L’Assemblée Générale de la Fédération Tchadienne de Football Association est prévue le 12 décembre 2020. A l’effet de réguler cette activité, une réunion de concertation a été prévue ce jour 27 novembre 2020 au cabinet du Ministre chargé des Sports. Mais, à la surprise générale, la FTFA s’est distinguée par son absence malgré qu’elle ait reçu la lettre d’invitation.

Nonobstant la règle de courtoisie simple, la FTFA vient de montrer sa véritable position de non-respect de la hiérarchie. Face à cette insubordination qui, malheureusement met en mal la relation entre le Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports et la FTFA ; prenant en compte les multiples irrégularités constatées dans les textes de la FTFA notamment les articles 10, 37. 3, 37. et 4, 37. 5 des statuts qui se contredisent ; le Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports vient d’adresser une correspondance à la FTFA afin de suspendre le processus de l’Assemblée Générale élective. C’est pour permettre ainsi de réajuster toutes les incohérences relevées dans leurs propres textes afin d’organiser l’AG inclusive dans un climat serein, en toute transparence. Car l’AG est une condition sine qua non de développement du Football dans notre pays.

De même, en cas de non respect des termes contenus dans la correspondance sus relevée le Ministère se verra dans l’obligation de prendre des mesures contraignantes dont celle tendant au retrait de la délégation des pouvoirs ».

En bref, l’on peut retenir de ce point de presse, la colère et l’indignation du ministère des sports, en l’occurrence, le ministre des sports Routouang Mohamed Ndonga Christian, face à l’insubordination et le mépris des membres de la FTFA à son égard. C’est ce qui justifie la suspension de l’Assemblée Générale.
