TCHAD : RÉUNION SUR LES RÉGIES FINANCIÈRES ET LE RECRUTEMENT DE JEUNES DIPLÔMÉS

Une double réunion s’est tenue aujourd’hui, au palais présidentiel sous la houlette du Ministre d’Etat, Ministre Secrétaire Général de la Présidence de la République, M. Kalzeubé Payimi Deubet. Il s’agit de celles consacrées aux régies financières et au recrutement des jeunes diplômés à la Fonction publique.

Au cours de ces deux réunions, un point des recettes et dépenses du trésor public ainsi que du recrutement à la Fonction Publique est fait. La traditionnelle réunion hebdomadaire consacrée aux régies financières est désormais bimensuelle. Celle de ce mardi 17 novembre est la première du genre a scruté les recettes et dépenses du trésor public du mois d’octobre 2020. Le format est le même. Les membres du gouvernement dont les départements ministériels respectifs sont pourvoyeurs des recettes publiques, le Conseiller Technique du Chef de l’Etat en charge des Finances et du budget ainsi qu’une dizaine des Directeurs généraux et Directeurs des services en charge des régies financières étaient concernés et ont fait le point des recettes et dépenses de l’Etat.

Selon le ministre des Finances et du Budget, M. Tahir Hamid Nguilin la situation est tenable mais le cap doit être maintenu.Chaque fin d’année, les partenaires traditionnels du Tchad tels que la Banque Mondiale et le Fonds Monétaire International (FMI) font le point de la santé financière au cours des Assemblées annuelles et Réunions de printemps. Cette année, elles se sont  déroulées par visioconférence. Un point de la rencontre virtuelle est fait par le Ministre des Finances et du Budget, M. Tahir Hamid Nguilin à l’assistance.

Malgré l’embellie financière constatée des orientations précises ont été données par le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre Secrétaire Général de la Présidence de la République, M. Kalzeubé Payimi Deubet à l’effet d’éviter au maximum les déperditions des recettes dues à l’Etat. Juste après la rencontre consacrée aux régies financières, le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre Secrétaire Général de la Présidence de la République, M. Kalzeubé Payimi Deubet a présidé la réunion de la Commission spéciale pour le recrutement des jeunes diplômés à la Fonction publique. Un point de l’état d’avancement des travaux est fait et des orientations précises ont été données par le Ministre d’Etat Kalzeubé Payimi Deubet.
