Tchad : indigné par les violences militaires contre l’opposant Yaya Dillo, Saleh Kebzabo de l’UNDR se retire en contestation de la course présidentielle du 11 avril

L’opposant historique tchadien, Saleh Kebzabo, de l’Union nationale pour le développement et le renouveau s’est officiellement retiré de la course présidentielle du 11 avril prochain.

Selon le professeur Djona Avocksouma, ex ministre de la Santé et membre du bureau politique de l’Union nationale pour le développement et le renouveau : « l’UNDR quitte la course à l’élection présidentielle pour, d’une part, condamner la barbarie contre Yaya Dillo, et d’autre part, pour ne pas cautionner la parodie de l’élection à venir. »

Dimanche 28 février tôt le matin, le domicile de l’opposant et candidat à la présidentielle du 11 avril, Yaya Dillo, a été pris d’assaut par une unité de la garde présidentielle, occasionnant 5 morts, dont sa mère âgée de 80 ans et son fils de 11 ans.

D’après le gouvernement, cet incident malheureux est le refus du candidat Yaya Dillo de répondre à deux interpellations de la police. Une allégation aussitôt balayée d’un revers de main par la classe politique et mouvements citoyens, qui reprochent au régime Deby un complot systématique pour but d’étouffer les voix discordantes contre une gestion maladroite du Tchad depuis l’arrivée du MPS au pouvoir il y a de cela trois décennies.
