Tchad/Turquie : signature d’un mémorandum d’entente pour le forum mondial du tourisme.

BRÈVE | Le Tchad et l’Institut du Forum Mondial de Tourisme ont signé hier 08 décembre au Métropolitan Hôtels d’Ankara en Turquie, un mémorandum d’entente relatif à l’organisation du forum mondial du tourisme qui aura lieu en mars 2021 au Tchad. En date du 19 novembre dernier, le Chef de l’État tchadien avait reçu en audience le président du Conseil Exécutif de l’Institut du Forum Mondial de Tourisme, Bulut Bagci. Ce dernier était venu porter à la connaissance des autorités tchadiennes l’intention de l’Institut de tenir le Forum au Tchad. Une nouvelle qui a été favorablement accueillie par Idriss Deby Itno. Ainsi, afin de sceller l’accord, le ministre du développement touristique Patalet Géo, s’est déplacé pour signer au nom de la République du Tchad, un mémorandum d’entente dans le cadre de l’organisation du forum avec l’Institut du Forum Mondial de Tourisme.

Qu’est-ce qu’un mémorandum d’entente ?

C’est un document qui, en l’absence d’une certaine formalité, vise à enregistrer la volonté des parties de réaliser à l’avenir, les procédures nécessaires à l’exécution d’un contrat pour une transaction ou une affaire internationale. Cela se traduit par une déclaration de volontés réciproques à haute valeur éthique pour les parties qui la signent mais sans effet juridique contraignant. Dans les négociations internationales, il est également connu sous son nom anglais : Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U.).
